Founded and incorporated in 1999 in the prestigious Kingwood area, Jaeger Homes is one of those builders. Larry and Chris Jaeger, along with Operations Manager Terry Dwire have more than 70 years of homebuilding experience. In 2004 they expanded their luxury line to Fall Creek, site of the Shell Houston Open golf tournament. Their vision, attention to detail, hard work and careful selection of suppliers and subcontractors have quickly made Jaeger Homes an area leader in creating high quality luxury homes.

Working with some of Houston’s finest home designers, Larry’s reputation in developing distinctive plans is widely known in the industry. In his previous career as Marketing Director for one of Houston’s most noted quality builders, his efforts were recognized with over 25 local and national awards for interior and exterior home designs. He has continued his sense for quality design in his own business.

Primary hallmarks of a Jaeger home are timeless exteriors with distinctive curb appeal. Selection of rich materials and colors set a Jaeger home apart from those of its competitors. Most exteriors exude timeless classic elegance from the past while others offer a unique individual flair, depending upon the tastes of the buyer. Jaeger Homes also gives special attention to the important exterior elements of its homes, including site contouring, pool, green space or golf course, become the focus of primary living areas. Few other builders devote as much time to these issues, and the results show.
